Customer Service Quality Mark (CSQM) 

website.

 

This website is designed to provide organizations and their customers with an information service regarding what  the CSQM Certification is, as well as to act as the source of information and contact for CUSTOMERS and CERTIFIED ENTITIES wanting to avail themselves of the CSQM benefits.

"The scope of CSQM is to CREATE, ADMINISTER and PROPAGATE a  QUALITY MARK denoted with a SPECIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE minimum service level GUARANTEE by CERTIFIED organizations to ensure that YOU as a PROSPECTIVE, CURRENT or PAST CUSTOMER of a CERTIFIED ORGANIZATION will enjoy with full peace of mind the BEST POSSIBLE CLIENT EXPERIENCE and if NOT you will have ONE POINT OF REFERENCE where to refer your feedback."

 

What's in it for YOU as a Customer?

1- It is FREE

Well, the Enrolled and Certified Organizations (ACOs) are paying for the certification. They, in return are funding this service from their revenues which YOU sustain. So it is in your interest to USE this service as it will cost you NOTHING, and has been already paid for by the Certified organizations.

 

2- How can I use this service?

You can use this service in three ways

 

a) Click here to learn WHO are the current ENROLLED and CERTIFIED ORGANIZATIONS. This is important since buying goods and services from these businesses will ensure that you are buying from an organization which consciously PUTS YOU ON A PEDESTAL in terms of customer service.

 

b) If you have a complaint about an Enrolled or certified organization  and you feel that the organization concerned DID NOT MEET your expectations you are most welcome to tell us by sending us an email. If the organization is Enrolled or certified, then we will look into the matter ourselves, by following your complaint directly with the organization.

 

c) Finally you can register and spread the word about our service both to fellow consumers and organizations you deal with, to ensure that the widest possible depth and breadth of the service is obtained.

 

3- What we won't do for you?

We won't legally represent you in any dispute with any party. We are here to FOSTER best practise in Customer Service and facilitate the Customer Service process.

 

4- What's our pledge to you as a client of our Enrolled organizations?

a) We won't waffle around - we will call a spade a spade after we consider all pertinent detail, so when you decide to file a complaint you have to give us ALL pertinent information so we can hear the proverbial two bells to an argument.

b) We will bring to your attention what you are entitled to as a Consumer and what  your rights and obligations are. (see our News section and make sure you subscribe to our Newsletter).

 

5-What if we don't meet your expectations?

We are conscious of the fact that we may not meet your own expectations about ourselves, so if that is the case please send us an email and tell us in detail what's wrong with us. We love such feedback. That's what CSQM is all about.
