THE CSQM Alliance Quiz is a tool to empower you as a client to give us feedback about CSQM Alliance members in order to consider for further improvement of our service.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

1-Competition cut off date is the 20th of each month.

2-Participating entries must have ALL panels filled in.

3-In case of a competition tie, a telephonic question will be asked.

4-By sending this information you are authorising CSQM to send you the monthly CSQM Alliance eNewsletter and to receive via e-mail and SMS further offers and communications from any CSQM Certified entity.

5-Quiz winners will be announced in our monthly CSQM eNewsletter.

6-Recommendation of employees for outstanding service excludes relatives.

7-Decision on prize in case of tie will be the sole remit of CSQM management.
